BIG Works is here again at the BAFFA Gallery in Sayville. Open to all members in good standing, this exhibition is the perfect platform to display your creativity on a grand scale.
The gallery's spacious rooms are ready to be transformed by your imaginative pieces, inviting visitors to explore and experience the power of art in its most expansive form.
So, prepare your masterpieces and join us for an unforgettable showcase this October at the BAFFA Gallery.

2D and 3D work is accepted for submission. AI generated work is not permitted.
Work must be original and not previously exhibited in BIG Works
Only one piece may be submitted, per artist.
Minimum size:16” x 20” / Maximum size: 48” X 60” - please inquire if you want to submit a piece that does not meet these requirements.
Provide outside dimensions of framed artwork.
Black frames are preferred. White, natural wood and silver are also accepted.
All work must be D-ringed, and wired (no sawtooth or eye hooks will be accepted)
If work is framed, acrylic plexiglass is recommended by SBAA to minimize the weight of the piece.
SBAA is not liable for any damage that may occur. Our Exhibition Committee will do our best to ensure the safety of all pieces submitted.
Exhibiting artists are required to gallery sit for this event. Gallery times will be Saturdays and Sundays from 12- 4 p.m, SBAA will promote “Meet the Artists” events for each day the gallery is open.

Reception Date: Saturday, October 4, 2025 6-8 p.m.
Pick-up Information: Sunday, October 19, 2025 4p.m.
BAFFA is not able to receive mailed or shipped artwork - please make arrangements to hand deliver your artwork to the location at the designated time.
If you want to participate but cannot make the drop-off or pick-up, please coordinate with another member to bring or retrieve your artwork.
Because we are all volunteers, we cannot provide alternate arrangements and will not be responsible for the storage of artwork.
Anyone who drops off or picks up artwork outside the designated times provided will NOT be permitted to exhibit with SBAA.
Please note that BAFFA's commission is 25% for non-BAFFA members. 20% for BAFFA members.
Artists can join BAFFA before the exhibit starts to receive the commission deduction.
All exhibiting artists will need to complete an Artist Release form for BAFFA digitally, prior to dropoff. Artist Release Form will be emailed to artists upon acceptance confirmation.
We recommend artists carry their own insurance as South Bay Art Association and BAFFA will not insure or be responsible to missing or damaged artwork. If work is sold, BAFFA will pay out commission to the artist.
SBAA receives no commission on any sales by it's members.
