Arts on Terry
Calling all SBAA volunteers! This is an opportunity to show your artwork and have fun while representing SBAA at Arts on Terry 2026. Presented by the Patchogue Arts Council, this signature annual contemporary art fair is free, open to all ages, and features over 300 artists, live painting, pop-up galleries, and musical performances. The event runs on Sunday, September 13, from 1:00 - 5:00 p.m.

You must be an SBAA member in good standing to participate. There is no fee to participate, however, all participants are required to volunteer for a 1-hour shift (minimum) when you register to participate.
Register your artwork below. Please read important submission criteria.
Submission Critieria:
Paintings, drawings, photographs, sculpture and mixed media will be accepted. Sorry, no Giclée prints or AI will be accepted.
The artist must supply their own pedestal for sculptures.
All artwork must be original. No wet paint, please.
Canvases must be gallery-wrapped — staples on the back, not the side. Canvases do not need to be framed.
Artwork must be a minimum of 8x10, maximum of 16x20 framed. No work may exceed 20 inches in either direction.
All artwork must be exhibit-ready and properly wired with D-rings and wire.
Artwork must be identified on the back of the piece with name, title, size, medium and price. If the piece is not for sale, please indicate NFS on the back.
No work will be accepted without being properly wired and identified on the back of the work. We will not have tools at drop-off.
A 10% commission on all sold work will be collected by South Bay Art Association.
Limit of one (1) piece of artwork per participant.
Deadline for registration is September 11, 2026 at 11:59 p.m.

Drop-Off Info: 11:30 a.m. and noon on September 13
All artwork must be dropped off at the South Bay Art Association’s exhibit booth under the Cultural Partner pavilion tent on Terry St. in Patchogue.
Pick-Up Info: 4:30 - 5:00 p.m. on September 13
All artwork must be picked up by the artist or their representative during this time. No exceptions.
All unclaimed artwork will become the property of South Bay Art Association.
