Christie Jones

Christie Jones is a multidisciplinary artist from Long Island, NY. Her paintings and ceramics are inspired by the coasts she grew up on. She weaves themes of conservation and climate change through her work. 

Her handmade paints are created with natural pigments and organic, non-toxic materials. Christie’s textured and layered paintings help inform her ceramic sculptures. 

Her work featured in local galleries and boutiques. To date her handmade paint sets have recycled over 2,500 shells from local restaurants. She donated 2,500 oysters in Long Island waters which filters 125,000 gallons of water a day!
